A split is the agreement that defines the percentage of covered creator earnings shared with an agency in exchange for services.

Does Melon replace the business agreement?
No. Melon automates payment activity based on the terms the agency and creator already agreed to.
Payments
What triggers a split?
For connected revenue sources, Melon can apply the agreed split when covered earnings reach the creator's connected account. Automatic invoices can also be calculated and paid through a secure link.
When are agencies paid?
Agency payouts are grouped on a weekly schedule after funds have cleared. Pending activity remains visible in the dashboard.
Can creators see what they paid?
Yes. Creators can review covered earnings, invoices, cash-outs, payment history, and split details in their dashboard.
Accounts and support
Do creators need a new bank account?
No. Creators connect an existing supported account during onboarding.
What if an account disconnects?
The creator can reconnect the account from dashboard settings. The Help Center provides the current instructions.
How do I reach support?
